Major Snagg is the invented name of the 'band' that perform all my own musical creations. (songs and instrumentals). I play guitars, bass, rudimentary keyboards, harmonica, and sing. Melody has always been important to me... lyrics and guitar solos have to say or communicate something. I create musical worlds that I hope that you dear listener, will also want to explore and live in for a few moments...or longer if you feel that way inclined.

Story behind the song
Guitarboy begins to use his 'Powers' to spead 'Peace and Love', with his guitar music. Guitars used on this recording:Parker Fly (wild sections), Yamaha SA1000 (mellow, melodic themes), Crafter Cruiser bass guitar. Zoom RT-123 Drum machine. All musical instruments processed 'direct to recorder' (Adobe Audition 1.5) through an original Line 6 Pod (2.0). Recorded at, 'David's Multi-Coloured Psychedelic Music Workshop'

Highly creative composition, with the fx and voices over the "drum train" and reverses then at 1:27 it unveils soaring guitar chords and melodies along with a steady bass. Love the guitar tones.

Guitarboy sure has great powers! He sends out so many great guitar tones, that every bad guy has to sit down and listen instead of committing crime! Great piece with a psychedelic flavour, groovy guitar themes everywhere and an a nice, clean production. GReat stuff!

Love that bass...I was drawn in by that right away. A kind of off the wall, avant garde and psychedelic track that has so many elements and things to enjoy. I really like the way the different phrases and parts blend together. The vocal interjections work perfectly. Excellent stuff.
